Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive serves as the primary point of contact between GITS Business Solutions and its clients, ensuring high‑quality support across all communication channels. You will help maintain customer satisfaction by responding promptly, solving issues efficiently, and contributing to a positive brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, providing clear solutions and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor online channels for customer feedback and proactively address recurring concerns.
• Assist in training new hires and support fellow team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
