Customer Service Executive

About the role

Our client, a manufacturing company in Dubai, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries, manage orders, process returns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role works closely with customers, sales and operations to guarantee accurate order processing and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer orders and coordinate delivery flow with Operations teams to ensure outstanding service.
• Accurately input product type, pricing and quantity into the system for error‑free order processing.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, keeping customers updated and providing solutions.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone or face‑to‑face with professionalism to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate with Sales and customers to clarify order details, resolve inconsistencies and monitor daily order progress to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0‑3 years experience in logistics and customer support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, takes initiative and accepts responsibility for results.
• Methodical, systematic approach with strong planning and prioritisation.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and make sound judgments.
• Clear, precise communication and effective presentation skills.
• Team‑player who shares knowledge and supports team goals.
