Customer Service Executive

About the role

AL MAHIRAH is a food and beverages manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a Customer Service professional to support customers, coordinate order‑related requests, and help maintain a reliable service experience across the business. The successful candidate will communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through approved communication channels and provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery status, and service procedures.
• Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests, complaints, returns, and feedback in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve order issues and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, order notes, and follow‑up actions.
• Escalate product quality, delivery, or service concerns to the appropriate department and track resolution through completion.
• Support customer retention by demonstrating professionalism, product awareness, and a helpful approach in every interaction.
• Follow company procedures, food and beverage handling.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide clear, courteous responses.
• Experience recording inquiries, complaints, orders, and follow‑up activities accurately.
• Good coordination skills for working with production, warehouse, delivery, and sales teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests, meet response timelines, and remain calm under pressure.
• Practical problem‑solving and complaint‑resolution skills with appropriate escalation judgment.
• Professional conduct, attention to detail, reliability, and awareness of food and beverage product information.
