Customer Service Executive

About the role

Aster DM Healthcare is hiring a Customer Service Executive in Dubai. The role covers assisting customers on the sales floor, answering queries and complaints, and supporting the store team. It is a full-time position involving shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with one day off per week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions and order processing.
• Engage customers waiting in the store and stay on the sales floor to support them proactively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as required.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, store teams and other departments to resolve issues.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, services and industry trends.
• Identify complex issues and escalate them to the right department or supervisor.
• Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements, and work toward customer service targets.
• Work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with one day off per week; stand on the floor for long periods and approach customers who need help.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused, positive and professional attitude.
• Good verbal communication in English; Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Comfortable standing on the sales floor for extended periods.
• High standards of grooming, personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Ability to work with different teams and handle several customer requests at once.
