Customer Service Officer – Banking

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will work in a branch environment, delivering high‑quality service to both external and internal customers. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, digital migration of customers, and promoting the bank’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately while adhering to service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Guide customers through digital channels, encouraging migration to online banking services.
• Cross‑sell and promote bank products, providing tailored advice based on customer needs.
• Maintain custody of various deliverables such as debit/credit cards, statements, and letters.
• Support branch operations under the supervision of the Line Manager and ensure compliance with the Business Continuity Plan.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
