Customer Service Officer – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage the Customer Service Information Desk in a Majid Al Futtaim mall in Dubai, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mall services, amenities and promotions.
• Operate the desk daily following established processes under supervisor guidance.
• Uphold grooming standards to reflect the company’s image.
• Assist visitors with inquiries, provide event information and promote mall activities.
• Handle and professionally escalate customer complaints.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants to support operations.
• Manage inventory in line with finance procedures and report discrepancies.
• Support mall promotions, keep directories current and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of customer‑service experience in a reputable shopping centre or luxury hotel, preferably in the GCC or abroad.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
