General Technician (Electrical)

About the role

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a General Technician (Electrical) to join its hospitality team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities through proactive maintenance and daily inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections of hotel areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform electrical and general maintenance tasks across the property.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Report activities and issues directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language is a plus.
• Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
