Customer Service Officer – Entertainment Venues

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent guest experiences across MAF Entertainment venues, including MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai. The role involves supporting daily operations, handling ticketing and payments, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent high‑level customer service in line with company SOPs across all venues.
• Support daily operations at MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle ticketing, sales, bookings and upsell products using the venue’s system platforms.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, vouchers), issue receipts/refunds and perform cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours and coordinate parties and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and professional standards following health and safety instructions.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• At least 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail.
• Minimum high school education.
