About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (UAE Nationals) to manage inbound calls and email inquiries, delivering prompt and friendly service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule orders according to customer requests.
- Handle escalations and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
- Enhance customer loyalty through a positive phone experience.
- Respond to emails within a 24‑hour SLA.
- Escalate customer complaints received via email.
- Provide personalized service to meet customer needs.
