Customer Service Representative (Customer Excellence)

About the role

Reynaers Middle East is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to act as the main point of contact for customers in Dubai, handling commercial and operational requests and ensuring fast, professional responses.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central contact for customers for day‑to‑day commercial and operational requests.
• Prepare and issue quotations and pro‑forma invoices based on engineering designs and agreed pricing.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with engineering, pricing, logistics, marketing, delivery and other back‑office teams to consolidate information.
• Communicate clearly with customers about product availability, lead times and delivery details.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• Initial experience (≈1 year) in customer service, sales support or commercial administration.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple requests.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
