Customer Service Representative – Defense MRO

About the role

The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary liaison between defence customers/end users and internal MRO, Field Service, Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Inventory and Logistics teams. You will ensure accurate, timely and professional communication throughout the repair, maintenance, testing and delivery lifecycle of defence systems and equipment. The role requires translating technical information into clear, customer‑focused updates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for defence customers, providing status updates on repairs, parts availability, testing and expected completion dates.
• Coordinate with MRO, FSR, Engineering, Production, Quality, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics to obtain real‑time work‑order status and turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate service logs, work‑order records and prepare customer status reports and dispatch notifications.
• Identify and escalate technical delays, parts shortages or quality concerns, following issues through to resolution.
• Ensure all communications comply with defence security, confidentiality and export‑control policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer coordination within defence, aerospace or a technical MRO environment.
• Fluent Arabic reading, writing and speaking (mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
