About the role

Golden Key Car Rental is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team at the Airport Road location in Al Garhoud, Dubai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and face‑to‑face interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face interactions professionally and courteously.
• Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues with a solutions‑oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience.
• Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to nurture lasting relationships.
• Promote and upsell company products and services as opportunities arise.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by explaining the benefits of additional products and services.
• Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams.

Required profile

• Educational background in business, marketing, or finance with proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Arabic speaker with English as a second language; strong organization, time‑management, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and tactfully escalate issues; a customer‑first attitude.
• Proficient in using computer systems and programs; sales experience is a plus.
