Customer Service Representative – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional and customer‑focused representative to join our Dubai team. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, providing accurate information and ensuring timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other available channels.
• Provide clear information about products, services, orders and company procedures.
• Record interactions and update the company system, track orders and deliveries, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors and coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse and accounts teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre or sales support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Good listening, problem‑solving, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or other customer‑service software.
