Customer Service Representative – Dubai Showroom

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist you will provide virtual and in‑person support to Middle‑East and French‑speaking customers, handling order processing, enquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment in the Dubai showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain orders, confirm details with customers and coordinate deliveries with transportation partners.
• Monitor inventory, analyse stock positions and proactively address customer concerns.
• Resolve routine questions and problems, offering alternative solutions when needed.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, manage the sample library, café supplies and cleaning/maintenance services.
• Greet visitors, present products, process sample requests and keep the showroom calendar and visitor log up to date.
• Support the sales team by updating SFDC, creating quotes and preparing project reports.

Required profile

• Desire to deliver world‑class customer service with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient, adaptable computer skills and basic mathematical ability.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to think outside the box and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Authorization to work in the UAE.
• 1‑2 years of customer‑service experience in a sales or premium hospitality environment.
• Preferred languages: French, German.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency.
• Computer proficiency (general office applications).
