Customer Service Representative – Dubai Showroom & Virtual Support

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative for Shaw Industries in Dubai, you will provide both virtual and in‑person support to Middle‑East and French‑speaking customers. The role combines order processing, enquiry handling and showroom hospitality to deliver a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, confirm delivery details and coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Maintain the Dubai showroom – manage the sample library, refreshments, cleaning and building services, and keep displays up‑to‑date.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyse stock positions and proactively address customer concerns.
• Respond to routine customer questions, provide alternative solutions and ensure first‑contact resolution.
• Support the sales team by updating Salesforce (SFDC), creating quotes and preparing project reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service experience in a sales or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or German is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to work in the UAE.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for order entry and reporting.
