Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Kashtat’s Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on delivering prompt, professional assistance to our customers across multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a courteous tone.
• Provide accurate information about Kashtat’s services, offers and processes.
• Follow up on requests to guarantee timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and reported problems.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant departments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or service.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism and positivity.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage complaints and challenging situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Currently residing in the UAE and willing to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
