Customer Service Representative – Transport (Logistics)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative – Transport will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipments, deliveries and overall logistics operations. You will ensure timely updates, resolve queries and escalations, and maintain high service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate shipment and delivery status to customers and provide real‑time updates.
• Handle customer queries related to logistics delays, service issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Address escalations in partnership with planning, dispatch, warehouse and transport departments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or transportation.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply‑chain operations.
