Customer Service & Reservations Executive

About the role

The Customer Service & Reservations Executive will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, bookings and post‑stay support for a short‑term rental portfolio in Dubai. The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia).
• Manage the full reservation lifecycle from inquiry to check‑out, including modifications, extensions and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, update calendars and prepare daily occupancy reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hotels or holiday‑home hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple requests and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia.
• Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Hostaway).
• Proficiency in reservation and property management software.
