About the role

Binance is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to provide fast, accurate assistance to users of its cryptocurrency exchange platform. The role focuses on handling live‑chat interactions and ticketing inquiries in both Hindi and English, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of live‑chat sessions and other online communication tools.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive information while following established communication procedures and policies.
• Support other business units by acting as a liaison and documenting customer requests.
• Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions, and follow up to secure resolution within defined time limits.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and maintain exceptional service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in finance or e‑commerce.
• College degree or higher.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi.
• High honesty, integrity, and a proactive, meticulous attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Positive attitude toward the cryptocurrency industry.
