About the role
e& Cx Solutions is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑oriented Call Center Agents to join its growing team in Ajman. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customers, delivering fast, accurate, and friendly support while helping the company maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication.
- Meet and exceed established quality standards and performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage.
