About the role

JAYS Cakes is looking for a professional and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Dubai (Nad Al Hamar). The position suits candidates with 2-3 years of UAE experience and a strong background in customer service operations.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of relevant UAE experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic or Tagalog.
• Experience in the cakes, flowers, gifting or F&B industry is an added advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred; candidates must be able to join within two weeks.

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills and confidence working with different systems and software.
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Professional attitude, good coordination and ability to work under pressure.
