Customer Service Specialist – UAE

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will manage both frontline and back‑line order operations for key customers, ensuring smooth and on‑time order‑to‑delivery execution in a fast‑paced direct delivery environment across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders and accounts using SAP S/4HANA, guaranteeing timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse and 3PL teams.
• Monitor shipments, order availability, credit blocks and delivery timelines.
• Maintain key customer relationships and track service KPIs such as fill rate, delivery cost and returns.
• Prepare order reports, customer scorecards and performance analyses.
• Lead operational reviews, resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement of the order‑to‑delivery process.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Logistics, preferably in FMCG/Direct Store Delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer‑management abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and a Kaizen/continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA (system testing exposure a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with reverse logistics (advantage).
