Customer Success Analyst

About the role

The Customer Success Analyst supports the Customer Success function by delivering data‑driven insights, performance reporting, and operational assistance to the Area Head of Customer Success. This role ensures pipeline health visibility, tracks key metrics, and equips the sales team with intelligence to drive customer value and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking success metrics such as account management, pipeline health, training impact, and sales execution consistency.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Area Head and regional sales leadership.
• Support the sales coverage process by monitoring plan execution, maintaining SFDC data hygiene, and assisting with sales incentive plan administration.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc pilots, system roll‑outs, and gembas as directed, ensuring compliance with regional and global standards.
• Monitor sales tool adoption rates, flag gaps, and recommend remediation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success, business analysis, or reporting, with exposure to CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
