Customer Success Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Lead to drive growth and satisfaction for our consumer brand partners. Based in Dubai with remote flexibility, you will manage multiple client relationships and champion their success.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer relationships, ensuring adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Leverage technology platforms and AI‑powered tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, Brand Management, or Retail/Wholesale.
• Proven experience with consumer brands, retail, wholesale, or distribution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple accounts.
• Ownership mindset with a passion for driving customer growth.
