Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts & Software Adoption

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a relationship‑driven Customer Success Manager to own post‑sale adoption and long‑term retention of its enterprise SaaS solutions. Working remotely from anywhere in the UAE, you will act as the primary consultant for high‑ticket B2B clients, guiding them through API integration, onboarding, and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with newly onboarded corporate clients to accelerate adoption of the recruitment technology stack.
• Monitor account health, usage metrics and renewal dates to sustain high retention rates.
• Lead API implementation consulting, helping HR engineering teams integrate cloud‑based HR APIs and security layers.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, promoting higher‑tier subscriptions and additional verification modules.
• Serve as the feedback conduit between active users and the product development team in Abu Dhabi.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management or Technical Client Relations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong familiarity with SaaS KPIs such as NRR, churn and NPS.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
