About the role

As the primary point of contact for Deel’s enterprise clients in the UAE, you will drive product adoption, ensure client satisfaction, and uncover growth opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through operational and product‑related challenges while representing Deel’s interests internally.

Key responsibilities

Build and nurture long‑term relationships with enterprise customers.
Provide strategic guidance on Deel’s payroll, HRIS, compliance and benefits solutions.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand revenue.
Advocate for client needs within Deel, championing new features and capabilities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

Proven experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Passion for helping global teams succeed and grow.
