Customer Support Officer

About the role

The role focuses on gaining deep customer insight and conducting market research to shape value propositions, while also preparing presentations and communications for key decision makers. It supports Business Banking customers by delivering high‑quality service and ensuring smooth onboarding and transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class service for Corporate & Business Banking (CMB) customers at the Business Banking desks.
• Follow up on origination and execution of customer transactions.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for key client relationships, providing professional client servicing.
• Oversee client onboarding for new‑to‑bank business accounts and deposit mobilization.
• Upsell and cross‑sell the bank’s product suite, including trade‑unfunded and cash‑back propositions.
• Enable migration and activation of the i‑Banking online platform for existing and new‑to‑bank clients.
• Generate referrals to other sales channels and relationship managers for revenue‑generating products such as TWC, PL assets, FX, investments, and retail solutions.
• Adhere to sales, compliance, and risk‑control processes in line with bank policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial or business banking, with at least three years in a similar support function.
