Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position involves assisting customers with questions, account needs, service requests, order inquiries and routine problem resolution while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone, providing accurate information and guiding them through routine processes.
• Create, update and manage support tickets, ensuring proper categorisation, documentation and timely resolution.
• Enter and maintain customer account information, protect confidential data and keep digital records organized.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up on pending cases.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, friendly and patient attitude, and good listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple routine requests and maintain professionalism during difficult interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticket‑management platforms.
• Basic data‑entry and computer proficiency.
