Customer User Researcher – Part‑Time Remote (70 USD/hr)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced customer and user researchers who will help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as moderated usability test findings decks, customer interview synthesis, survey instrument design, discussion guides, research repository tagging, and journey map documents.
• Conduct full‑lifecycle user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and synthesize findings into actionable insights and product recommendations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
