Customer User Researcher – Part‑Time (Up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced customer and user researchers to help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as moderated usability test findings decks, customer interview synthesis, survey instrument design, discussion guides, research repository tagging, and journey map documents.
• Conduct full‑lifecycle user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, and synthesize findings into actionable insight briefs and product recommendations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience conducting customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency in thematic coding, survey design/statistics, and translating raw data into usability test decks and journey maps.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations with strong written communication and attention to detail.
