About the role

RAKBANK is seeking enthusiastic UAE nationals to join its Retail Banking team as Tellers in Ajman. This full‑time position offers a solid foundation for a career in banking while delivering high‑quality service to branch customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque transactions and remittances accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and answer their banking enquiries.
• Maintain compliance with RAKBANK policies, operating procedures and UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Support overall branch operations through precise cash handling and transaction recording.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or banking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, customer‑centric attitude.
