Cybersecurity Engineer – Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Managed Services team and protect our IT environment. The role involves hands‑on monitoring, incident response and day‑to‑day security operations, working closely with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents and support remediation.
• Operate firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection and access controls on a daily basis.
• Support SIEM, EDR, anti‑virus and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Provide desktop and end‑user support as needed and travel to customer sites when required.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in cybersecurity support, managed services or IT security.
• Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection and access controls.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical problem‑solving approach.
