Cybersecurity & Grid Automation Services Sales Manager

About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth of OT cybersecurity and Grid Automation lifecycle services across the Power & Energy sector in the United Arab Emirates. You will shape the sales strategy, build strong customer relationships and drive revenue from utilities, renewables and industrial energy accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales strategy for OT cybersecurity solutions and Grid Automation services.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales of risk assessments, network segmentation, asset visibility, incident response and managed services.
• Promote and sell Grid Automation lifecycle offerings, including system upgrades, maintenance, spare parts and performance optimization.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, lead tendering, negotiations and deal closure while protecting margins.
• Act as a trusted advisor on digital grid transformation, cyber‑resilience, IEC 62443 compliance and asset lifecycle optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling OT cybersecurity and grid automation services to utilities, EPCs or asset owners.
• Strong understanding of power‑grid environments, regulatory frameworks and cyber‑resilience concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build executive‑level relationships.
