Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity Manager leads the enterprise cyber security strategy, operations, and governance across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will head a dedicated team protecting servers, networks, cloud platforms, Kubernetes clusters and databases while ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cyber security roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Establish security policies, standards and procedures for infrastructure, cloud and applications.
• Manage the Security Operations Centre, threat detection, incident response and forensic investigations.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration testing and remediation planning.
• Oversee identity and access management, privilege escalation controls and zero‑trust practices.
• Lead a team of analysts and engineers, mentor staff and coordinate with cloud and infrastructure managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in cyber security.
• Proven ability to manage security budgets, vendor relationships and third‑party risk assessments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive a security‑first culture.
