CyberSecurity Sales Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai will drive the growth of StarcSec’s cybersecurity portfolio. The Sales Executive will create and execute sales strategies, nurture client relationships and capture new business opportunities across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Conduct market analysis and provide strategic planning insights.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or account management experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record in sales management and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of market analysis, strategic planning and SaaS or cybersecurity solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; advanced certifications a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across teams.
