Data & Analytics Integration Manager - Automotive

About the role

The Data & Analytics Integration Manager will act as the strategic bridge between the Automotive GTDP team and the Analytics & Data Office (ADO). This role ensures that data‑engineering and analytics initiatives are aligned, delivering measurable business value for Al‑Futtaim Automotive.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align all Automotive data and AI projects with ADO road‑maps.
• Support the Automotive data strategy by synchronising GTDP engineering plans with ADO analytics and reporting plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to define, validate and prioritise data requirements.
• Provide visibility on GTDP capacity and resource needs for proactive planning of data ingestion and transformation.
• Promote reuse of data solutions and prevent duplication across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Intelligent Data Platform (IDP) focusing on cost, performance and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in data engineering, analytics or related fields.
• Proven ability to work across technical and business teams to translate requirements into feasible solutions.
• Strong understanding of data‑platform delivery and cloud‑based environments.
