Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Information Technology Director, you will transform data into actionable business insights for Premier Inn’s hotels and regional hub. You will design modern reporting solutions, dashboards and analytics that support operations, finance, revenue, people & culture, procurement and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL.
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for multiple business functions.
• Automate reporting processes and integrate data from diverse systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance data models, semantic layers and data‑warehousing concepts.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Hospitality or GCC experience is a plus.
