Data Center Project Manager – Critical Projects Implementation (UAE National)

About the role

AWS is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) within its UAE data centers. The position is open to UAE nationals and focuses on managing construction activities that improve space, power and cooling utilization in operational data‑center environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction and improvement projects in operational data‑center spaces.
• Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, controls and architectural disciplines.
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimise utilisation of space, power and cooling.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Provide project oversight, schedule tracking and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid family book.
• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant project management experience.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls and architectural systems in data‑center settings.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects.
