About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Developer to design, develop, and maintain data systems and pipelines that support business operations and analytics. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes.
• Design and optimise data models for reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into centralised systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data‑related issues and performance problems.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders on data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security standards are maintained.
• Document data processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in data development, database management, or data engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.

Required skills

• SQL and relational database expertise.
• Programming languages: Python, Java, Scala.
• ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Data warehousing and big‑data technologies.
• Data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
