Data Governance Manager – P2P

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Manager to lead the P2P domain in Dubai. You will be the authoritative owner of data definitions, hierarchies, and standards, ensuring data quality and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enforce domain‑level data policies, standards, business definitions, and quality thresholds.
• Approve structural domain changes, including new attributes, hierarchies, and classifications.
• Act as the single point of accountability for data quality, completeness, and correct usage within the domain.
• Monitor domain‑level data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency) and drive remediation actions.
• Support audits by providing governance evidence, definitions, policies, and quality standards.
• Design and maintain master‑data quality control frameworks, reviewing and approving exceptions and changes.
• Create, maintain, and approve governance policies, SOPs, and business rules; manage documentation and glossaries.
• Engage with business, analytics, operations, and IT teams to provide data governance guidance for initiatives and transformations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data governance, data stewardship, or master data management.
• Strong understanding of data quality metrics and compliance requirements.
• Ability to resolve cross‑functional data conflicts and facilitate governance forums.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to advise stakeholders across the organization.
