Data Science Manager – Finance (Emiratization)

About the role

The Manager, Data Science – Finance will lead financial data‑science initiatives, delivering predictive models, dashboards and actionable insights that improve performance and manage risk.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive models such as residual‑value, credit scoring, delinquency and collections optimization.
• Develop and maintain at least three finance‑focused KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Generate monthly financial insights using time‑series analysis, anomaly detection and stress testing.
• Lead a team of data scientists, ensuring delivery of at least two use‑case projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Financial Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of data‑science experience with a strong finance focus.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Python, SQL, Databricks.
• Machine‑learning libraries: scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Time‑series models: ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
• Version control and MLOps: Git, MLOps pipelines.
