Data & Technical Support Officer (Outsource)

About the role

The Data & Technical Support Officer (Outsource) ensures the effective operation, quality and governance of ADIB Group's document management and retention systems, primarily iServer and Munazzam. The role acts as the main liaison between the GPPD team, IT, and business users to maintain system stability, support enhancements and provide accurate MIS reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all iServer, Munazzam and document retention platform issues, coordinating incident resolution, enhancements, user access and workflow configuration with IT teams.
• Conduct quality checks on published policies and procedures, ensuring correct metadata, versioning and compliance with GPPD standards.
• Prepare and deliver timely MIS reports to support governance oversight and decision‑making.
• Support ad‑hoc document retrieval, audit queries and remediation requests, leveraging deep system knowledge.
• Assist in UAT, deployment of system enhancements and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in document management systems and governance workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
