Datacenter Security Operations Manager

About the role

Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team is seeking a Datacenter Security Operations Manager to lead physical security across its datacenters in the United Arab Emirates. You will safeguard personnel, infrastructure, data and confidential information that underpin Microsoft Cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce physical security policies and procedures at assigned datacenters.
• Ensure the vendor guard force has the resources, training and information needed to meet Microsoft security standards.
• Anticipate site‑specific security threats and disruptions, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead risk‑analysis discussions, produce root‑cause analysis reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global CO+I teams to align regional security operations with the broader Microsoft security program.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in security operations or related fields.
• Must be located in the United Arab Emirates and able to work onsite at a datacenter.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and lead cross‑functional security initiatives.
