DataOps Consultant – Lakehouse Support

About the role

Luxoft is looking for a DataOps Consultant to provide Lakehouse support for its client in Abu Dhabi. The role blends production support, DevOps engineering and AI‑first practices to keep data pipelines and applications reliable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep operational diagnostics across batch and streaming data pipelines, coordinating resolution with platform engineers, Data Engineers and domain teams (Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir).
• Own L2/L3 incident management for .NET/C#, Python applications, APIs and event‑driven systems, using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) for both application and data platform projects.
• Implement observability stacks (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry) and data‑quality monitoring (Monte Carlo Data) to detect anomalies and reduce incident noise.

Required profile

• Strong background in production support and incident management for cloud‑native applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted troubleshooting tools and AIOps concepts.
