Date Palm Supervisor – Farm Operations

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated Date Palm Supervisor to lead operations on a prestigious date palm farm in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee cultivation and harvesting activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations including planting, irrigation, fertilisation and harvesting of date palms.
• Train and manage farm workers on best agricultural practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor palm health and implement pest‑management strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of activities and production metrics.
• Collaborate with agricultural specialists to improve yield and quality.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural standards and environmental regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the farm.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a date palm farm or similar agricultural operation.
• Strong knowledge of date palm cultivation techniques and pest management.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
