Debt Capital Markets Lawyer (3-5 PQE) - International Firm, Dubai

About the role

A leading international law firm is instructing a search for a Debt Capital Markets Associate to join its established Middle East practice in Dubai. The role sits within an international team advising on sophisticated debt capital markets transactions across the Middle East and wider international markets, offering exposure to a dynamic practice and development within a leading global legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on debt capital markets transactions within an international practice.
• Support the execution and structuring of DCM matters, working closely with colleagues and clients across relevant jurisdictions.
• Draft and review transaction documentation and provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.
• Collaborate with partners, colleagues and other stakeholders on complex transactions.
• Contribute to the continued development of the practice in the Middle East.

Required profile

• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in debt capital markets.
• Experience within a leading international law firm or a top-tier international DCM team.
• Strong academic background, including a degree from a top-tier university.
• Experience in the UAE or wider Middle East market is advantageous but not essential; candidates interested in developing their practice in the region are encouraged to apply.
