Debt Collection Officer

About the role

Central Solution Management is seeking a motivated Debt Collection Officer to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing overdue accounts, negotiating repayment terms, and meeting collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships. You will work closely with the finance department to ensure timely recovery of debts and support the company’s cash‑flow objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle debt collection activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers to negotiate repayment terms.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
• Maintain professional and effective customer interactions throughout the collection process.
• Update collection records in the internal system accurately.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance for management review.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in debt collection.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage (not mandatory).
