About the role
We are seeking a motivated Debt Collector Team Leader to join our fast‑growing finance team in Dubai. The role involves leading a group of collectors, driving recovery targets, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of debt collectors to achieve daily and monthly recovery goals.
- Conduct negotiations with borrowers, applying effective communication and conflict‑resolution techniques.
- Perform skip‑tracing and financial analysis to locate assets and assess repayment capacity.
- Oversee payment processing, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
- Monitor legal compliance and coordinate with legal teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of experience in debt collection or related financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation and target‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
