Delivery Cyclist – Dubai

About the role

Join Kharis Hospitality & Logistics as a Delivery Cyclist in Dubai, where you will use an electric bike to transport parcels, documents and items across the city. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Safely deliver parcels, documents and items via electric bike across assigned routes.
• Confirm pick‑up and delivery details accurately before each trip.
• Communicate delivery status and any delays promptly to dispatch or internal teams.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to meet service time targets.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Report incidents, accidents or delivery issues immediately.
• Maintain the e‑bike in good working condition and report maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a delivery rider or cyclist is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to ride an electric bike confidently in urban traffic.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for extended periods of cycling.
• Strong sense of direction and familiarity with navigation apps.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Valid ID/passport and eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 2–3 weeks of selection.
