Demand Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will own the regional demand forecasting process for Rituals Middle East, translating commercial plans, market insights and customer trends into SKU‑level inventory requirements. The role balances product availability with inventory productivity while proactively managing stock risks across all GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly and seasonal demand forecasts across brands, SKUs, stores and channels, ensuring high forecast accuracy.
• Lead the demand review within the S&OP process, aligning buying, merchandising, finance, marketing and retail operations.
• Optimize inventory strategies to maximize product availability while protecting working capital and gross margin.
• Monitor stock availability, weeks of cover, ageing inventory and replenishment performance, and drive initiatives to reduce obsolete stock.
• Create dashboards and regular reports for senior management on forecast performance, inventory health and key business risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance or a related discipline.
• 6‑9 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning or inventory optimization, preferably in beauty, retail or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage S&OP, forecasting and replenishment across multiple Middle East markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess the impact of demand decisions on sales, margin and working capital.
